34 years of mission and values: AURORA continues to help people hear

In November, Aurora Hearing Rehabilitation Center LLC celebrates 34 years since its founding. For our company, this is not only an important date but also an opportunity to share what lies at the core of our daily work — our mission, our team, and our values.

The mission of Aurora Hearing Rehabilitation Center LLC is to provide the most effective hearing care for children and adults with hearing impairments. We strive to create equal opportunities for intellectual development, education, work, communication, and improving the quality of life for every person who needs hearing support.

Since 1991, AURORA® has been providing a full range of hearing rehabilitation services in Ukraine.

A special part of the celebration was honoring the employees who have been making a significant contribution to the company’s development for many years.
This year, we sincerely congratulated our team members celebrating 25, 20, 15, and 10 years of work at AURORA.

Their dedication, professionalism, and humanity are the foundation of the company’s success. Thanks to such employees, we continue to grow, implement new technologies, and help thousands of people hear the world.

After the official ceremony, the team took part in a creative teambuilding activity: each employee painted a fragment of a large artwork symbolizing our shared work and embodying the company’s mission. The piece consisted of 50 separate parts which, once united, formed a complete canvas — just as our team creates the company’s strength, with each person contributing their unique part.

We are grateful to every employee for their professionalism, dedication, and daily work. We also thank our partners for their trust and support of our mission over the years.

Together, we are doing important work — helping people hear, communicate, and live full lives.
