Tetiana holds a Master’s degree in Pedagogy from the Poltava State Pedagogical Institute named after V.G. Korolenko, and has 30 years of successful professional experience in the field of hearing care. In particular, she specializes in auditory rehabilitation using hearing aids and implantable hearing systems. Over the past nine years, Tetyana has successfully implemented projects within at AURORA, demonstrating strong managerial and interdisciplinary competencies. “We are confident” – stated Yuri Sokolov, Supervisory Board Chair – “Tetiana’s leadership qualities, professionalism, sincere respect and attention to people, and the ability to work in a team will contribute to the achievement of high goals, and the implementation of the best practices in hearing care in Ukraine”. “It has been very exciting to see Tetiana growing professionally to the highest position at Aurora” – added Oleksandr Radchenko, Supervisory Board Member. “Very important for her new role is that Tetiana possesses an extensive experience of rehabilitation work with children and adults with hearing loss, knows well their problems and how to solve them” – highlighted Olena Serbin, MD, Medical Director of AURORA Medical Centre. “I am very thankful to the Board and to all Aurora colleagues for their trust” – said Tetiana Bohdanovych” – “I will make my very best efforts to fulfill their expectations, lead the company to new achievements, completing socially important projects with our partners in Ukraine and abroad”.
